I just got back from the trip to Italy that I took and I must say it was a great trip. We did many things and saw many interesting places. We saw a ton of monuments and what astounded me was that we had only seen a taste of Italy. There was so much more we could do. I also bought some pretty cool things.
One thing that was on my mind that week was when we saw the monuments, how many people had walked here and seen this place. Even the ancient Romans had a lot of people walk and see them, even before tourism. If i had to say what the best part about this trip was, it would be standing in the Roman Colosseum, or the Sistine Chapel. I got to know everyone better on that trip, even the Juniors and Seniors. One day I hope to go back there and do all the stuff I didn't do.
That sounds like it was an enjoyable trip. I have seen pictures of monuments in Italy, but have never personally been to the historic country.
ReplyDeleteGood post about Italy! I miss everyone from the trip and i miss Sorrento and Capri. I wish i could go back! I also hope to go back one day because i just had an amazing time.
